Movie - Terms
1. Each Movie Code is valid for two tickets only.
2. Only registered Movie Codes with authentication numbers will be valid for processing booking requests.
3. The Movie Code will not be revalidated or extended in case you fail to utilize it before 10th Dec,2016.
4. RewardPort will require at least two different show options (theatre, date & time) to process the request.
5. This voucher is valid for all shows from Monday to Thursday and Friday to Sunday shows till 4PM. Normal Silver class seating arrangement will be allotted. Not valid for 3D shows.
6. Tickets once issued cannot be changed / amended.
7. RewardPort/ Panasonic cannot be held responsible for any show’s being cancelled by theater authorities for whatsoever reason.
8. RewardPort / Panasonic are not responsible for the quality of the seats / movie or any service discrepancies at the theater.
9. This Movie Code entitles the customer for only a movie ticket and no other facilities such as food and beverages.
10. Tickets will be issued subject to availability without any seat preference.
11. This Movie Code will not be valid for special shows and screening if any.
12. This Movie Code CANNOT be utilized by presentation at a theater / multiplex and has to be registered and booked by following the steps specified by CineRewardz.
13. This is a promotional offer only and is not saleable or transferable and cannot be exchanged with cash.
14. Not more than 1 movie code/vouchers can be redeemed at a time with the registration under the name of same person. It’s not valid for group booking. The redemption of this voucher can be done only through the respective website where the voucher was registered.
15. Any dispute subjected to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
16. Company will not accept the vouchers/sticker incase it is torn, modified or damaged.
17. Employees, Dealers, Sub dealers, of the participating companies are not eligible to use this voucher.
18. The Scheme is being offered solely by RewardPort Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and shall not be an offer by or scheme of Panasonic.
19. Panasonic will not be liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever in respect of this scheme including inability of RewardPort Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to extend any benefit of this scheme to any customer.
20. Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at its discretion.
Pizza - Terms
1. Each Pizza Code is valid for a Pizza for two.
2. Only registered Pizza Code with authentication numbers will be valid for processing booking requests.
3. The Pizza Code will not be revalidated or extended in case you fail to utilize it before 10th Dec,2016.
4. RewardPort will require at least 48 hrs advance notice to process the request.
5. Booking once done cannot be changed / amended.
6. RewardPort/ Panasonic cannot be held responsible for any deliveries not done by the Pizza Company for whatsoever reason.
7. RewardPort / Panasonic are not responsible for the quality of the Pizza.
8. This Pizza Code entitles the customer for only a Pizza for 2
9. This voucher CANNOT be utilized by presentation at a Pizza Partner and has to be registered and booked by following the steps specified in the web site.

Coffee - Terms
1. Each Coffee Code is valid for two Cappuccino only.
2. Only registered Coffee Code with authentication numbers will be valid for processing booking requests.
3. The Coffee Code will not be revalidated or extended in case you fail to utilize it before 10th Dec,2016.
4. The codes have to be presented at any out let of Café Coffee Day before placing the order.
5. This voucher entitles the customer for only 2 Cappuccino and no other facilities such as food and beverages.
6. This is a promotional offer voucher only and is not saleable or transferable and cannot be exchanged with cash.
7. Not more than 1 Coffee Code can be redeemed at a time with the registration under the name of same person. It’s not valid for group booking. The redemption of this voucher can be done only through the respective website where the voucher was registered.

General- Terms
1. This offer, titled as “The Great Couple Offer” (hereinafter referred as the “offer”) is available at select outlets & select cities of select States in India.
2. This offer is not open for employees of Panasonic and RewardPort Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd and their family members and the employees (and their relative) of all its affiliate / associate / subsidiary Companies and their authorized suppliers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, etc.
3. The offer is valid from the 10th Sep,2016 and the last date of registration is 20th Nov, 2016 both days inclusive (hereinafter referred to as offer period).
4. Offer excludes Public Holidays.
5. Under this Offer, upon purchase of select PANASONIC Products from select stores, the consumer shall be handed over with a voucher/sticker with a scratch strip.
6. Upon scratching the voucher/sticker, the consumer will get a unique code (such as 26201s5fs) which will entitle the consumer to get one option from Couple Movie/Coffee for 2/Pizza for 2 and Discount voucher of online shopping voucher.
7. In case of Movie the consumer needs to show the Booking confirmation mail at the respective counter and get the services.
8. The booking request has to be made minimum of two days before the date when the consumer wants to avail the services.
9. Bookings once done cannot be changed / amended. If the consumer does not reach the venue, his/her voucher shall be deemed to be redeemed and cannot be re-used or re-claimed.
10. Only one voucher/sticker can be redeemed in one attempt. Multiple vouchers/stickers numbers cannot be redeemed together.
11. Program partners are not responsible in the event for whatsoever reason; no refund or reschedule will be entertained.
12. The redemption of this voucher/ sticker can be done only through the respective website where the voucher was registered.
13. PANASONIC/ RewardPort reserve the right to, terminate, modify or extend this offer, at any time at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason. Decision of PANASONIC will be final and binding regarding this offer and prizes.
14. PANASONIC / RewardPort shall not be responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to the consumers or any other person's mobile handset or computer, related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
15. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of PANASONIC/RewardPort which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, PANASONIC/RewardPort reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
16. This offer is not exchangeable for “cash” or for sale.
17. This voucher/ sticker has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
18. PANASONIC /RewardPort Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd, its employees, agents and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of RewardPort Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd Voucher numbers, and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/ availability of featured venues.
19. PANASONIC/RewardPort Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd., its clients, agents and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged voucher Nos. and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
20. RewardPort Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd is acting as an executing agency for this promotional offer and holds no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers etc beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.
21. PANASONIC/ RewardPort Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible for the transportation and safety of the consumers.
22. PANASONIC does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being offered as vouchers under the Offer. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with RewardPort Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd.
23. All offer materials, including details on how to enter and claim prizes are part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer.
24. Decision of the organizers with respect to all transactions under this Offer, shall be final and binding on all the participating winner(s).
25. Stocks are also available without this Offer.
26. The offer stands valid on limited stocks only.
27. The offer is valid only till vouchers/ sticker last.
28. Any participation in this Offer is purely voluntary and shall be deemed as acceptance of all the terms and conditions of this Offer.
